Let me give you a basic intro to CSIR NET 2018 (https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam) ! This exam is conducted twice a year, in the month of June & December.

Yes, there is a difference but executive MBA is for candidates who are working and it is short term MBA of 1 year program and MBA i.e. full time program of 2 years. If you are fresher, go for full time MBA as companies prefer candidates with full MBA.

UPSC will give you both name and fam. It has both glamour and high responsibility. For it, you must study thoroughly and sincerely. Above all, your interest should be first priority.
