It's a good thing you want to study again. But, it's not going to be easy with the track record you have. There is no guarantee you will be able to clear or not and, moreover, foreign universities look for the students who can contribute to the university and society. Though with hard work and determination I am sure you can succeed but there is a difference between reality and abstract. Hello Abhishek,
In science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like bio- tech, nano technology, agriculture and genetic.
Students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. Research oriented students can go for KVPY and get into institutes like IISC or IISERs.
There are courses like mechanical / electrical and computer Science in engineering to newer ones like hotel management and fashion designing. You can opt for any of these as per your interest.

In order to have brighter and better career based on meritocracy, you are advised to stick to the private sector. Also, where are government jobs in circuit design except in R&D centers and PSUs? Anyways, now government jobs are also not very lucrative with withdrawal of life time pension and other benefits.

Australia is a better option for you, rest are competitive with respect to your grades and US, Canada don't accept 3-year Bachelor's degree. You can look for accounts or finance programs but the course choice is completely yours, depending on your interest and future plans.

The minimum marks required to clear JEE Mains vary every year and depend on several factors.
