Hi, You have no option to calculate your percentile score because percentile score is depend on -
1)Total no of candidate can appearing in the exam.
2)Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you. Both are unknown to you so you have not calculate it. Because this information is hidden to candidate. If you collect above two date then you can easily calculate your percentile. I didn't get you, which MS you are talking about?

Eligibility for admission to PG courses in Germany is mentioned below:
Students are expected to have at least 70-75% from a reputed Indian University. They are also required to appear for GRE (by some Universities) and a score of above 300 should do the needful. IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL (100) is also required. Regards.

No, NEET is not required to study abroad now. But there are other tests like TOEFL or IELTS and any other university specific entrance test which may be required.

There are many types of architecture so first decide it before applying and as your subject in graduation was history. So, if you are interested in ancient architecture style, then try to focus in some more universities in Delhi, Bangalore, etc. kind of places.
