Hi, Look out for Athena School of Management located in Mumbai. I am the Alumni of this Business School. I have already been placed in ICICI Securities before 6 months of my MBA completion. The Students get Multiple Internships (One in every Semester! ), Lots of top Corporate Executives as Faculty, International Exchanges and Great Location (Hiranandani Gardens in Powai!). Know a couple of people who passed out in 2017. Average CTC was 6.00 Lacs & max went to 12.00 Lacs. And the 2018 placements (ongoing for my batch) are averaging CTC at 7.00 Lacs. And college has students from all over the world studying! Only thing is they are very choosy about students. So you have to impress them specially in the Personal Interview Rounds. And if you're really good they also offer Scholarships worth Lacs!

Yes, Indian students can study MBBS in Singapore. However, getting admission in a Singapore Medical School is highly competitive and not many Indian students are able to get admission easily. There are 3 Medical Schools in Singapore which are listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools:

Advantages of doing an MBBS from Singapore:
It offers several top notch courses, which if not better, are at par with the courses offered, in the States. The exorbitant amount of 'fees' in private colleges makes this seem like a much better option. The course is taught in English. The cost of living and tuition fees is less than that in the UK and the US. Zero tolerance to racism and drugs. It's a pretty safe country for students given its strict law enforcement.
