No, you need to do your M.Sc. Also, since its is a 12+4 criteria to oursue M.Tech and apart form this you also need to have that level of string technical base which is not possible to build only through B.Sc.

I am also an engineer and this is misconception about the MBA - Finance and Engineering. Engineers are more likely to go higher than any non engineer in MBA Finance because we guys study it from beginning and have great basics skills developed after MBA in Finance whereas Non Engineers don't focus on basic. Secondly, It will be sure difficult as portion for study but not impossible.
