hi Manu, u can look for PG diploma in colleges like humber, seneca etc. You need to have an IELTS score of minimum 6.5. You need to apply early as the deadlines will be over soon.

There are several institutes in India that are offering Instrumentation Engineering but then giving any accurate list of such institutes would be quite difficult however, you can apply to the institutes on the basis of your preference to which the institutes shall later short list the candidates as per its own expected score/ ranks.

After looking at your educational qualification, I feel that you have sufficient qualification to pursue a career in HR. However, you can look for training programmes like Six Sigma or can go for train the trainer certification (this is generally arranged by the companies for their employees or you can attend train the trainer workshop and get the certification for the same. You can also plan to do a SAP programme which is hugely in demand now a days.
