Most important thing is Demand(Simple Logic)If demand is more automatically fee increases !!If stduents passing out from particular college are able to get good placemnets then demand for that college will increase.

Well with a Bachelor degree in engineering, you are definitely eligible for UPSC exams. The exam is conducted in two phases: Preliminary test (CSAT) and Main Written Test.
CSAT: It is an Objective type examination consisting of Two Papers that is common to all candidates from 2011 having special emphasis on testing their aptitude for civil services as well as on general knowledge.
Main Exam.: Those who qualify the CSAT exam are shortlisted for the Main exam. It is a descriptive (essay type) examination. The General Studies, Essay paper, English Paper are common to all candidates and with this a candidate has two optional subjects

There are no scholarships available for CA studies in India; the Private Scholarships available in India are mostly for Science & Engineering students. However, you can apply for loans.

You cannot pursue an Executive MBA in US until and unless you are working in USA so i believe that is out of the question. You can opt for a regular Full Time MBA. Please let me know your thoughts on this.
