Hi Jitendra What is ur basic qualification? Before selecting MBA plz ask some questions to urself.
1. If Not MBA then What Else?
2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
4. How much u will get after MBA?
5. Dose ur base degree get enhanced after MBA or your line get changed after doing MBA?
6. Are u choosing MBA after seeing to the others?
7. How about ur communication Skills?
Just think twice and thrice and if ur answer comes to yes then only chose MBA. Otherwise there are lot of other fields where u can make ur career in less amount of money as well as in less time as well.
First u decide whether u like to go in technical line or marketing line? If u want in technical line and u want some post graduation still u must have to get certified according with latest industry trends. If u choose Linux platform then ur current experience will also give u values. Otherwise ur present experience will get vanished. If u want to change the line then System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Virtualization Admin, Data center Specialist are very good line to get technical and can change ur line as well.

First of all you need to decide whether you want to study further or you would like to go for a job or you want to go for further studies. If you want to go for Job then you can find opportunities in software development, testing and networking. After M.Sc you have good scope to get into companies like Oracle, Hp, and Wipro etc. If you want to go for higher studies you can plan for professional degree course like MCA or MBA or if you get into research or teaching career you can go for PhD programme as well.

Hi Bhagirath,
I would suggest that the most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspiration. Now M.Com is the degree which would completely focused on area like Business Accounting, Financial Management, Tax planning & Management etc. and would be more suitable if you are planning to join Banking sector. However, if you are looking for a course which should be Management focused, wider in scope which can make you enter any of the industries then you should go for MBA. Another benefit of MBA is that one whole year you get to decide on which specialization you want to go for and in the Second year, you decide on your specialization.
Another thing which I would like to specify here is that if you opt for MBA you should always plan for a full time programme from a decent Institute like IIMs, MDI, & FMS etc.
