If you are currently employed in an IT firm with a package of 4.2 lakhs, and if you are looking for a career in IT in Future then it is not worth to join IBS Mumbai . IF you are looking for a career in Finance or Marketing in future then only it is worth to join IBS Mumbai other wise IBS Hyderabad would be the right option.

Both the programme are management programs. PGDM offered by RBS (Rajagiri Business School) is granted equivalence by AIU (Association of Indian Universities). Both the programme have good scope but PGDM has a few advantage over MBA.
1. There is scope for semester abroad programme and credits are transferred.
2. All advance management courses dealt during the 2nd year are being taken by eminent faculty members from premier B Schools and from corporates.

First of all don't call yourself poor, if you are good in academics you can get admission in any college and any bank can give you a loan.
you prepare for test and world is at your feet.

It depends on the profile you are searching for, if the profile for which you got selected is little different you can sit in more companies. Yes it provide summer internship with stipend , its just depends on you how to grasp that.
