For MS in the USA, you need the following:
1. GRE scores
2. TOEFL/IELTS as per the universities requirements
3. Work experience is preferred by most of the universities
4. Research/publication related to your field
5. A CV and two letters of recommendation
There could be additional requirements as well so choose the specialization and the universities and apply.

You need to start by end of grade 10 or early 11th by taking up SAT/ACT and TOEFL/IELTS as if you don't score well, you have the chance of improving it. You will also need to shortlist 5 to 10 universities which offer the course of ur choice and manageable finances. LORs and transcript can be prepared when in 12th after your semester exam and application process starts by December.
