There is no NIT college which provides Aeronautical Engg and very few IITs are providing this course. Apart from this there are various private colleges which are providing this course. You can check on Google and NIT college as I have checked is not providing this course.

You should go for Net exam or enrolled for PhD programme if you are interested for lecturer ship in college otherwise you start hunting the job into creative writing or even you can enter into Journalism industry with the knowledge of strong creative writing and communication skills.

HelloNo, there is no compensation for the tougher paper because the exam board consider equal standard of all the online & offline papers. You will get marks according to your right answer, there is no comparison between papers.

These days, the advice is for a good accent. Even if you aren't grammatical, it's not a big problem. But, your English should sound English. I feel that you have to train yourself for about 2,3 months. Practice Phonetic Symbols first and then Stress, for all important words. Practice speaking slowly and fluently. Give right pauses. Be clear about Aspiration. Listen to good English broadcast regularly.
