For your career aim you would do Bsc hons physics and than take specialisation of astro physics in master degree and go further in phd too.
For Physics hons programme you need to check university wise admission process for admission.

If you had math subject upto class 12th than you can go for MCA programme other wise you can go diploma course through that you can take admission in further degree .Like You can approach NIIT they have good number of diploma and courses according to your need.

Visit above page you will find all the information regarding cut offs for last year with categories and home university.
And average package for finance is 4.5lac with range of 3.5 to 5.5lac per annum.
