First of all, decide whether your interest is more theoretical oriented or practical oriented. CA is the one who specializes in taxation, auditing and accounting, a majority of the subjects are practical. Company Secretary is a specialist of law, drafting and compliance. Once you complete UG in India you are eligible to do LLM masters in Abroad. if you have good academic marks yes you can get admission. you also need IELTS 6.5 band. You can do specialisation in criminology while doing your masters. MBA- Finance could be a better option compared to MBA-HR, since a Finance person can surely handle HR, but not the other way round.
Finance does have more opportunities compared to HR. HR has already has lot of professionals, and highest number of un-employed / employed in doing some other jobs.its depend on you, First you need to make a firm decision on your future.
