BCA student requires mathematics in class 12. So you are not eligible to pursue BCA. Rather, you can pursue BBA as it do not requires mathematics.

You may look at colleges. However, I would suggest target a score of 6.5 on IELTS. In order to guide you further, could you highlight your 12th stream (commerce or science)?

No, you are not getting college just by filling form as you have to fulfill the eligibility details and go through its admission process and you have to appear in counseling so as to get admission in any college.
