I would suggest you to take the B.Sc in Mass Communication and Videography at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Looking at your interest this seems to be the best course according to me.

You can pursue the stream of your choice and interest. As for the eligibility criteria, you only need a UG degree in the field of your choice to appear in UPSC.

If we see dictionary, meaning becomes clear. Aerospace is the industry of aeronautics. However, in India both are intermingled and used whatever way. So just ignore & consider both as one.
In India presently, the requirements of professionals of this branch is quite less but I'd expected to increase in years to come. It is expected to be good four years from today.

You have a chance to get your seat reserved at Sinhgad Institute via direct admission (on spot). But you have to pay the fee of open category. If you want to gain all the government caste benefit (if applicable) go through DTE CAP round, you might have to wait till 3rd list though. After BE in mechanical, there are plenty of opportunities for short term courses in different specialities. Machine Design, Materials, engines, Automobile, but it all depends on your inclination. What's it that you want? Even course on 'Lean' will help you. I am sure you must be liking some subjects of graduation, it's better to specialisation in this only.
