Yes, most definitely, a regular MBA programme would hold more value than a correspondence programme. As your brother is still a fresher with less than 2 years of work experience advisable would be that he should opt for a full time MBA programme. Part time & correspondence MBA is for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience. If your brother gets into a good B-School the he should definitely go for it else he can continue with his job and later can plan for EMBA after gaining good work experience.

Hi Naveendar,
First of all I would like to know, the basis on which you are getting seat in SRM, have you given any Entrance? If yes, how much you have scored. Although, SRM University is one of the decent University but if you have given Entrance like CAT or MAT and scored well then you can even try for other Universities like IIMs, FMS, MDI, Fore School of Management etc.
