So as per your profile since you are in 3rd year; you may start preparing for GRE test from 4th year.

No, its not worth to do technical courses through distance mode. Many of the students have wasted their money as well as time by doing technical courses through distance mode as their degrees got cancelled later on. You can take study leave from job. As you have a diploma so you can get lateral entry in B.Tech i.e direct admission in 2nd yr.B.Tech.There are many universities that are offering B.Tech lateral entry.

SIBM Pune does not offer MBA in Hospital Management. However other institute of SIBM, Symbiosis Institute of Health Science (SIHS) does provide this degree. SIHS is one of the reputed institutes for MBA in Hospital Management. You can refer to the following links for more details.
