Sorry for late reply. Yes you are eligible for an MBA- Pharma Management (PGDM).
The eligibility criteria state that " Graduation (minimum three year duration) in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum of 50 per cent marks. The students who are appearing for final year examination / awaiting final year results can also apply. However, for Pharma & Biotech program, one needs to be Pharma graduate or graduate in any science discipline with 50 per cent marks'. Since a graduate in Chemistry falls under any science discipline you are surely eligible.

You will get some private college with these marks in JEE. For you better option would be that you try for admission in popular reputed universities like Lovely, Amity, Sharda etc where you can get admission on the basis of 12th marks too other than on the basis of your marks in JEE. This will allow you to take admission in a branch of your choice.
Good luck.
