No, only institute under mumbai, Pune and other state universities have such provision IIT admissions are done strictly on the based of JEE and there is no lateral entry scheme available

Yes, you can do BCA even if you don't have maths & CS in your class 12th . You need to pass 10+2 in any stream/with any subject in order to be eligible for Bca.

B.Sc Interior Design is a three year program.
Its Eligibility is:
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with English).
Fee per term is : 39500.
There are various scholarship slab.
If you take admission in the month of May scholarship slabs are:
70-80% fee is 24500
80-90% fee is 19500
90%+ fee is 9500
Also Lovely university provides Test of financial Assistance for the students who are getting less than 70%.
I would advice you to take admission B.Design (Interior and Furniture). It is a better option.

To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
