Hi,
After completing BBA the student is immediately given a placement in a corporate, as a part of the course curriculum. Once the student completes 2 years of study and work, he/she is awarded with a full-time International / UGC Recognised MBA Degree. During these two years the student will work on four projects in his areas of specialisation, attend project review classes on Saturdays and Sundays at the GEMS B SCHOOL campus. Honestly even I have gone through this, whether PGDM is MBA or not and such questions. But it hardly matters its mms or pgdm. I am pursuing my pgdm from IES, and I feel it was a right decision. But if you want to continue further studies like PHD, then you need to do masters. That is only thing you can’t do after diploma. And for information on accredited to be equivalent to an MBA by AIU you can visit the website http://www.ies.edu/management/.
