sabse pahle aap ye batao ki aapko kis field me interest hai. aapko pata hoga ki kuch field ese hai jo ki bahut old hai aur sabki pasand hai. for example Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science. India me aaj bhi in subjects ko achha maana jata hai but aaj kal market ke according kuch new subjects me students interest le rahe hai aur unme job ke scope bhi kaafi achha hai. For example Aeronautical, Petroleum, Marine, Aerospace, Mining etc. In sabme Govt job ke sath Private job bhi achhe package pe milti hai
ab pahle aap apne according apni stream batao taaki main uske baare me aapko bata saku aur aap India ke kis state me study karna chahte ho

Dermatology is a part of medical science that deals with the skin and its diseases. People of different ages are concerned about their skin, beauty and complex and due to this there is huge demand for well-trained dermatologists. An individual who practices dermatology is called as a dermatologist. Dermatology study is related to physiology and pathology of the nails, hair and skin in order to diagnose the problem and provide treatment according to the issues such as eczema, chemical peel, acne, fungal infection, cryosurgery, birth-marks and skin cancer.
I would suggest you to go for Post Graduate Diploma in Dermatology.
Remuneration:-
Dermatologists make a remuneration somewhere between Rs.1.5 lacs – Rs.3 lacs per annum in the initial stage, and go up to Rs. 5 lacs per annum after gaining some experience. Their promotion prospects include becoming medical director or department head etc. In government hospitals the income is mostly based on the grade or pay scale. Although dermatologists working in a private hospital also earn good remuneration. Dermatologists can make more money by having his /her own private clinic.

Best would be to continue with your pg degree after BSc.(IT). You can go for MSc.(IT) or MCA after BSc. Most of the companies these days are having web based projects.
For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfill these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
As far as other information regarding MCA is concerned, we would like to state that most of the entrance tests are conducted in April or May. Notifications are out in January or February. The combined MCA entrance tests held in India are: NIMCET for NITs, CET Maharashtra for Maharashtra colleges, UPMCAT for most colleges in UP, Andhra Pradesh CET for Colleges in AP,Orissa State MCA Test for all Colleges in Orissa, MET for All college under Punjabi Univ. GNDU, & PTU in Punjab, MP-Pre MCA Test for all colleges in MP, Kerala MCA Test for all colleges in Kerala.
The most reputed universities and colleges offering MCA degree in India are: Delhi University, Pune University, Jawahar Lal Nehru university, New Delhi, IIT Roorkee, NIT Trichy, VJTI, Mumbai, Banaras Hindu University, MNNIT Allahabad, ICSE Indore, Thapar University. Other colleges offering MCA are NITs, Vellore Institute, PSG Coimbatore, Hyderabad Central University, BITS Mesra, Jalgaon University, and Punjab University etc.
