Sorry to inform you, but the chances of admission in JIIT, Noida are bleak. You might get ECE branch at sector-128. You can easily get the other branches like Guna for sure.

You better join in B.Tech in computer science engineering branch. So you can have a good depth in knowledge after completing UG. Based on that, you can go for MS.If not CS you can take IT as engineering branch. So select according to your interest. All the best!
