Both are unique in their own ways. It all depends upon where your interests lie and career goals. Opt for M.Sc if you're more inclined towards the technical field; networking, OS, software, databases, etc. Else go for MBA, if you want to make your career in the management field. For career growth and job prospects, MBA is better than M.Sc. You can pursue MBA in different streams like finance, marketing, HR, IT, operations, etc. as per your interests. A MBA/M.Sc degree has more value, only if done from a reputed B-school.

Admissions will be based on the merit list based on NEET score cut-off. Law is a challenging course. It's also time taking.
It takes time to establish yourself after law. MBA is better in above aspects and also in terms of salary, provided you do an MBA in a reputed college and get placed.
