Yes, of course you can but I would recommend you to go for biotechnology branch because that thing is more related to the stream you have taken and for chemical good college is in Pune, Mumbai like MIT-Pune and ICT-Mumbai, etc. Please comment if you need more help.

If you can manage your time then yes, you can do Diploma in fashion designing because as per the UGC rule you cannot do two graduation courses at the same time but as it's a Diploma course so it can also have its classes in the afternoon.

With 90 percentile, assuming for MHTCET, you have a chance to get in the college if you put Thakur as a first preference.
For marketing, there are decent placements, with average package of 3-4L and majority openings for sales.

Yes, you can get CSE in CV Raman College of Engineering but with that rank you can also get CSE in IGIT, etc and many more in government engineering college. So fill the choice carefully CVRCE is a good college many trainings are conducted here but it's upto you how to make a most of the facilities being provided.
