Hi Priyanka,
The cutoff of Delhi University goes high every year. Your score in class 12th board is low, so very low chances are there. However, you should apply for DU and wait for the last round's cutoff. If you are lucky enough, then you may get a seat in DU.

It is not a good college at all for pursuing MBA since it does not rank even under the top 50 colleges across India. It is better to avoid it and aim only for the reputed ones.

The behaviour of the lecturer is very sincere and good to all the students without any partiality.
However, the language is barrier for the other states students, if you are a home state student then it is very for you to adjust here, otherwise the campus environment is very good.
All the teachers are very good and helping in nature, provide you guidelines at every steps.
Mentors are very good nature wise and guide you accordingly to your need of specific area.
All the teachers are well qualified.

You might get VIT with this score. However, define the branch of your interest first. Depending on that, you might or might not get that particular Branch in VIT. So first decide it. I hope this helps.
