It will be very difficult for you to get admission in JNAFAU with this score in NATA. You should try for private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Galgotia University, etc.

Please go through with the following colleges of Karnataka for MBBS.
1. Yenepoya Medical College, Bangalore
2. Sri Siddhartha Institute of Medical Science and Research, Bangalore
3. Raja Rajeswari Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore.

That would be difficult to get, with your score.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in B.Com courses. You just need to pass in all the subjects of class 12th board. Rest you can go for any colleges for B.Com with this score.

No, there won't be a CSAB special round. The normal counseling conducted by CSAB will have architecture slot fixed in which NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 scores will be ranked and counseling process will go ahead.

I'll suggest you to opt for Jaypee as this is better then the Shiv Nadar. Also, Jaypee has a better faculty, quality placements and an awesome infrastructure.

Both the colleges are good, it depends on your interest and convenience that in which college you are more comfortable. Although, you can go for DY Patil for B.Sc in hospitality and hotel management. Placement scenario is good in this college.
