Hi, Courses commence in September. You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 15 Oct of the preceding year. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. If you apply to cambridge you can not apply to Oxford.
Whether you qualify for the course or not, you will be informed. As you would not have got your results when you make your application, you will be given a conditional offerif you qaulify. you will need to submit your scores when you get your results. IT will be specified on the letter how much percentage you need to have to be able to secure admission.

In order to get admission in good universities in US,you require:
GRE score of 1200-1400 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Good academic background throughout preferably 60%.
Relevant undergraduate degree form a recognised university or college.
It add on to the student's profile if they are engaged in some extra curricular activities.
