Assuming that you mean 150 as the total marks in PCM, there's some eligibility criterion put on by many engineering colleges like 60% or 55% or may be 80% like in rare case of BITS Pilani.
But there are many many engineering colleges which will accept your 12th marks in PCM irrespective of they are 150 or something else unless you are pass in all the subjects individually. So don't lose hope, there are colleges for you to get admission into.
And you will definitely be getting a relaxation of 5-10% for your SC category. But see all this eligibility stuff varies a lot so better refer to the general prospectus of the respective instituti
