Dear Friend,
Doing SAP FI is a good idea. With your experience you can seek employment as a functional consultant in that domain. Consider joining Siemens Institute for learning SAP FI. It no doubt is the most expensive option around. However, to my opinion it is worth the investment, if you can afford it.
