No it is only for the 1st year. You have to pay the amount i.e Rs 160000/- in two installments-
1st installment of Rs- 110000/- at the time of admission and the 2nd installment of Rs 50000/- on the second semester.

You can opt for computer science or information technology if u getting admission in good college like IIT/NIT
otherwise what i suggest you can opt for mechanical.
if you are not interested in engineering then B.Sc will be the better option
