Lateral entry is not possible in any universityof Chhina. You have to start from first year afresh.
As per the MCI rules, from the year 2010 " Indian students should complete the entire duration of the course in the university from where the degree is obtained" . Hence it is not advisable to change the university in between .If you want start from first year in China. Similarly the Pre-Medical course & Medical courses done in two different countries ( example- India & Philipines or Central america ) may not satisfy MCI's new rule.

Yes it is same for all the students. but u can get different scholarships if you are full filling eligibility criterion imposed by the indian govt./state govt.
for example your mom+dad income should be less than 2.5 lacs per year
and keep one thing in mind that you can get only 1 scholarship at one tym

Getting admission in any diploma college you should have to clear an entrance exam of respective state in which you are trying to get admission
after the exam you will get ur rank acc. to ur perfomance in that very exam.and ur rank will decide in which diploma college u r getting mechanical branch

U can go for mba in finace or human resource.

Fees is Rs 75,000/ per year.
If installment facilities have to be availed the fes is Rs 80,000/- per year.
