We have IITs, deemed Universities such as SRM and Anna University offering M Tech programmes in GeoInformatics. Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organisation offers
M. Tech. in Remote Sensing & GIS, M.Sc. Geoinformatics / Geo Hazards, PG Diploma as well as Certificate Courses etc. The M.Tech. program, affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam
Eligibilty: for M.Tech.
The applicants for M. Tech courses are required to have passed, at least in second class with not less than 55% marks in anyone of the following subjects
M. Sc/M. Tech Degree
Physics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Geophysics, Meteorology, Oceanography, Geology, Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, Master's in Urban Planning/City Planning/Physical Planning/Regional Planning
Any Natural /Environmental Science discipline, Environmental Management
B.E/B. Tech Degree

The Candidates must have passed anyone of the following in First Division:
M.Sc./ M.Teh. Degree in-

B.E/B. Tech Degree

Students go for diploma of engineering study even after 12th pass with pattern 10+2+3. for intermediate 10+2 is required,
if you have done diploma of engineering after 10th pass then you already done your intermediate. surely you are eligible for graduation course. after completion of your polytechnic if you want to take admission in B.Sc then surely you may take admission, in most of the cases after diploma of engineering students want to do graduation in engineering that is why they don't want to take admission in B.Sc or any other general line course. some of the polytechnic students after completion of their course go for job in industry or any government job.
if you want to take admission in engineering then you may take admission through lateral entry as well as you may take admission in engineering through engineering entrance examination after appearing in engineering entrance examination like a fresh 12th pass students. as you have done diploma in engineering then it will be more easy for you to study engineering.
if you want to take admission in engineering through lateral entry examination then you have to appear in lateral entry entrance examination.through lateral entry entrance examination you will be able to take admission in engineering directly in second year. lateral entry entrance examination is a state level examination. there is no lateral entry in IITs.
if you take admission through engineering entrance examination then you have to appear in engineering entrance examination like IIT JEE, AIEEE and state level engineering entrance examination. through this you will be able to take admission in first year of engineering, this is just like appearing in engineering entrance examination after 12th pass or last year of 12th.

There are a plethora of options which you can look at. If you are passionate about number crunching, you can look at doing your CA or ICWA and make your career in finance or costing. If you have the flair for the legal part, you can look at doing your CS . I am deliberately not touching on MBA, since it is the 'in thing' which students feel, will take them to the highest echelons of power. This is a wrong notion. If you are good at oral communication and have an excellent sense of humour, you can look at becoming a radio jockey. The point I am trying to make is, do not go by what the crowd does. We are all prisoners within the boundaries of our own perception. Break it and come out

Switching careers is not advisable, specially when you have been associated in this industry since past 3 years.
If the student is interested in taking his career forward, eligibility for postgraduate programmes will be on the basis of a bachelor's degree in (B.E/B.Tech) or any other equivalent branches of engineering. The duration for this course is two years.
However, you can pursue some technical courses in Design like CADD

My frd i will important advice for u can save one year go for nios center then u can transfer credit cbse to nios jo apne 2 subject passout kiye h unke marks to wase h lag jayege aur jo apke 3 paper h wo dubara ho jayege nios board se in october exam/on demand bhi de sakte ho jab marji in the first week of month . jo apko certificate milega wo nios ka hoga its value for worldwide going to any clg/regular/distance etc its aprroved by central govt value same as cbse board and state board its national board NIOS national institute of open schooling , go a head all the best agar save krna h last option for u and other wise repearr in 12 class all the best for future
