Hi,
Both these are good colleges for doing engineering. Both are competitive with each other and are equal. If you consider education, placements and rankings, both will almost be the same.
So you can prefer any one of these for engineering. The only thing is that SSN comes under Anna University so the syllabus will be the same for all the affiliated colleges.
But SASTRA University has its own syllabus and curriculum as it is a deemed university.

This is a common dilemma faced by majority of engineering grads. If you want to be a specialist and technical expert you may go ahead with PG in subject of your choice. If you are not very technical oriented you may change stream by doing MBA. If you get very good job in campus placement then you can join and gain experience. Doing M.Tech or MBA after few years experience has its own benefits.

Eligibility for MBA:- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks and 45% marks for SC/ST category candidates. Since you are working so try to complete your degree first though distance mode. There is no age bar .As far as experience is concerned it has nothing to do with eligibility criteria specially in your case. All the best.
