You can do B.Sc Aeronautics after B.Sc IT. Both fields are not corelated except some of the aircraft systems are computer based. You may not get benifits of your basic degree. You may review your decision.

Both the courses you are talking about are way apart from each other and has their own importance in their respective field. I would suggest you to look forward with your area of interest and subjects you like to study. Also look forward which type of job fascinates you and then accordingly decide your career plan. The college accepts applications through DTE website, as DTE decides the entrances. so you need to register the ATMA score on DTE website and then apply for college through CAP rounds. Generally people apply through CAT or Maharashtra CET score. Following is the DTE website please make sure you register there first.
