Hi Ankit, I want to tell you that you can easily get Admission in one of the premier School of Architecture in INDIA. LPU is offering C. O. A approved B.Arch professional degree offering elite architectural education nourishing students with designing and software skills. For satisfying the eligibility criteria of B.Arch in LPU, either candidate must be NATA qualified having average score of 80 minimum or JEE Main paper II must be qualified along with this Candidate must have minimum 60% aggregate marks in 12th grade with English must be studied as a subject and a candidate should also have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Thus, if I am not wrong, it is little difficult getting Admission in INDIA"s one of the premier School of Architecture at LPU. But as you told that you are expecting 220 marks in JEE Mains paper II and in NATA around 100-120. Sonu, if you find Science difficult, you can change the stream.
If you have any passion for computers you can go for BCA or B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT.
If you want to learn the tricks of management or want to start your own business, BBA, B.Com (Professional) can be good choices.
If food and its aroma arouses you, hotel management can be your calling. Or on this line only, you can join a course in tourism and hospitality that is going to take you places.
If you believe in weaving a magic with your words and also have a streak of adventure in you, you can go for BJMC or even Bachelors in Film and TV production.
If you are having a creative bent of mind and you want to show that creativity by making inanimate objects move and talk, you can think of a course in Multimedia and graphics. If you love showing this creativity on cloth and on canvas, then its fashion designing and fine arts that you have an aptitude for. If your creativity lies in making the interiors of a place appealing then certainly you should go for interior designing.
With so many good conventional and modern options available to you, you can make a successful career for yourself by choosing a branch of your choice.
After choosing a course , another important thing is the institution/ university from where to do the course. There are many world class universities with modern infrastructure and highly qualified, experienced faculty who have mad a name for themselves in the field of education by imparting quality education.

Sarvesh, these days we have many govt.as well as private institutions that are offering you B.Tech degree.
Generally the govt.institutions offer you admission on basis of JEE or tests conducted by State technical boards. Most of these govt.institutions are reputed and were made years back but due to lack of care of apathy of authorities most of them are lacking in infrastructure, facilities and lab.s.
But if we come talk about the private institutions their admission criteria varies a little. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Most of them being new have world class and modern infrastructure. Being autonomous, they always have the freedom to make changes and upgrade themselves which they utilize fully and offer latest facilities to their students.
People generally feel that if the institution is autonomous it is going to have high fees, but this is not true. There are many good universities around that offer you world class infrastructure, modern facilities and even good placements at affordable fees. There fees is almost the same as govt. institutions. Some of these institutions also offer scholarships and loan assistance to students.

Ashish, only govt.medical colleges have fees that is affordable but they admit through tests like NEET. Private colleges do offer admissions without tests but then they charge hefty fees, also called caption fees. In such a case the option left with you is to drop a year and prepare for the test for next year. But I will not advise you to do this as there is no surety that next year you surely will crack the test and get some good college. Better for you would be to explore some other options.
With medical background you can also go for B.Tech Biotech/ Food processing etc. If you want to continue in medical line only, then you have options like B.Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing and Midwifery, Homeopathy, Veterinary, etc.
These days, because of our stressful lifestyle, people are suffering from many physical and mental ailments thus increasing the demand of new medical professional branches like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Speech Therapy etc. Rising popularity of different sports also had led to increased demand of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
Most of these career choices have a great demand abroad as Indian medical professionals are considered to be one of the best in the world.
Now after the career choice next important thing is the institution. There are many good institutions that have earned a name for themselves in imparting quality education to students.
