Hi Parvez, some of the best medical colleges in Bangladesh are -
Dr. Sirajul Islam Medical College
International Medical College
Bangladesh Medical College
Eastern Medical College and Dhaka National Medical College.
Please see the college websites for fee structures. Generally it ranges from Rs.20 lakhs to 30 lakhs. Hope it helps.

Yes, you can and you will even be exempted from giving CA foundation if you have scored more than 60% in your graduation. In other case you need to go through foundation as well.

Sarvesh, these days we have many govt.as well as private institutions that are offering you B.Tech degree.
Generally the govt.institutions offer you admission on basis of JEE or tests conducted by State technical boards. Most of these govt.institutions are reputed and were made years back but due to lack of care of apathy of authorities most of them are lacking in infrastructure, facilities and lab.s.

Ashish, only govt.medical colleges have fees that is affordable but they admit through tests like NEET. Private colleges do offer admissions without tests but then they charge hefty fees, also called caption fees. In such a case the option left with you is to drop a year and prepare for the test for next year. But I will not advise you to do this as there is no surety that next year you surely will crack the test and get some good college. Better for you would be to explore some other options.
