Yes, MS Management is the better option for you at the moment. MBA graduates with prior work experience are given preference when it comes to employment in Australia, so you can either work for some additional years and then apply for an MBA or choose MS Management. There is a certain sector of employers too which are looking out for management graduates who have no or limited work experience and adaptable to changes and enjoy flexibility.

Hi Devender,
Essentially, Germany is better for MS courses - applied Science like engineering. Obviously Oxford and Cambridge of UK rank higher but would suggest them if you are looking for pure sciences like mathematics, chemistry, etc. Cost also makes Germany more favorable.

Dear Shabaz, you need to get the names corrected on your degree if possible, else you should get an affidavit raised stating that both the names belong to one person who is you. Generally this would work & if the university/college approves this & raises the offer using the name on the Passport to have the process for the new offer raised.
