Based on your CMAT percentile of 99.57, you may have a good chance of being shortlisted for the program. The cutoffs for each year may vary depending on factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats. I recommend checking the admission criteria and cutoff scores for the specific programme and year you are interested in and contacting the admission office of the university for more information. Good luck with your application!

Regarding your academic performance, securing 83% in 2nd PU is a good achievement. However, admission criteria for B.Sc Nursing programs can vary between institutions and from year to year. KCET marks are often considered as part of the admission process, but the specific cutoff marks and requirements can differ.

Considering you obtained 82 marks in KCET, it's advisable to check the previous year's cutoff scores for B.Sc Nursing at BLDE Institute. This will give you an idea of the marks required for admission. You can find this information on the institute's website or by contacting their admission office.
