Based on your rank it seems difficult to stand a chance in the best colleges, but don't loose hope. There are list of some colleges which is based in Jaipur : R.A. Podar Inst. of Management,Akashdeep Institute of Management & Technology, Apex Institute of Management & Science, Jaipur, Ganpati Institute of Science Technology & Management, International School of Informatics & Management, Jaipur, JECRC Business School, Jaipur, M.K.M. Institute of Management, Jaipur, Mahatma Gandhi College of Management, Jaipur, MJRP College of Corporate Management, Jaipur.
It would be better if you contact these institutes directly.

Hi,
Although, IGNOU is a well known University in distance learning programs & one of the oldest which established in the year 1985 under the act of parliment, but if you are planing your higher education it would be better to do it from regular mode as it gives you practical exposure and better understanding of course curriculum.
However, in the conclusion I would like to say it depends on an individual. Key is what one does with the credentials after theyve earned them. So if you feel confident that you can use degree earned from IGNOU in a best possible fashion to make your Career then go ahead. Best of luck!

Although it is not clear with what exactly you are inquiring about yet assuming that you are looking for the Bachelors, it would not be possible as you have not cleared your 12th and to pursue any Bachelor course you would require to complete your 12th from a recognized board.
If you have backlogs then you have to clear that and if have failed then need to re appear for your 12th.

To get admission in Good B-Schools abroad you need to have atleast 5 Yrs of work experience. Apart from this you need to sit for a GMAT entrance exam & TOEFL. You need to be an allrounder to get admission in a University like Harvard.
