Well, it would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. You also need to check whether the institute has it's own publication house and connoisseur faculty.
Along with this, you may check other factors such as batch size, syllabus, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting an institute as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
