The minimum requirement to be a motorman is matriculation and diploma course, you have the desired qualification for the same, so you can apply for the motorman job . The other factors you need to consider are following :
1 Your age should be more than 18 and less than 30 years
2 You have to apply for competitive exam whenever declared by any of 17 RRBs of different zones in railway stations
3 After clearing the exam which consists of nearly 150 questions on G.K , aptitude and mathematics and general English you will be selected for the post of driver
4 After necessary training you will be appointed as driver in Indian railways

The cut off for the MBBS course this year is mentioned below :
General - 150
ST/SC - 120
Considering the cut off scores for this year , it will be helpful if you can produce your category certificate . This will make you eligible for maximum number of colleges in Maharashtra

SIBM Pune admission is simple. First you have to appear for SNAP Exam. Every Symbiosis affiliated PG college has different cutoff for SNAP. If you clear the cutoff for SIBM Pune,you will get a call for next round which is GD/PI round. On your performance,score and academic achievements,panel will take their decision. If you are not selected in first list,you may get waitlist number and it will move if people selected in first list will not take admission.

Placements are good for a person with CA background but i guess u wont get much credit on CA as finals are not cleared, anyways just the college education wud suffice for a good placement, a CA background might have just helped

According to your marks there are no chances to get a seat in top universities. You can apply for other reputed engineering college in India, If you don't have any problem related location so I would recommend you Haryana as best place for education purpose.
