Syed, I think you should go for LLB as it is a professional degree. See to it what you are getting with the rank that you got in entrance test otherwise some give admission on the basis of CLAT/ LSAT as well as your previous qualifying exam.
Some Law schools that offer admission through CLAT/ LSAT as well as previous qualifying exam are

For master's in eco u need Bachelor's in eco so it would be difficult to get admissions. Ignou take admissions with any Bachelor's degree so you must check with the university you wish to apply.
