Get a job, you cannot apply for a PR if you don't have a job. Apply for the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWPP) after you graduate. A two year program is benefcial for international students as the work permit lasts only till the duration of the program. Also, Seneca is a SPP college, you could be elgible for a three years permit ( only after you complete a course lasting for 2 years). Mail them for career assistance, work permits and lateral entry options. Please check work permit rules here

Hi Sibtain, some of the best environmental science schools in the world include UC Berkely USA, Duke University USA, University of Oxford UK, Wageningen University and Research Center Netherlands, UBC Canada,University of Queensland Australia, Imperial College London, University of Montpellier France, Princeton University and Aarhus University Denmark. Narrow down your college choices carefully, visit the university websites and understand the requirements, most universities in US will not be too keen to accept a three years BS degree. Hope this helped. Please feel free to revert.
