I'm afraid you cannot take admission in The University of Toronto due to the following reasons:
1) University of Toronto requires you to have a 4 year undergraduation degree - you have a 3 year degree.
2) University of Toronto requires you to score a minimum of 75% and above in your undergraduation which is also not applicable in your case.
I would recommend you to apply to universities in UK which do not have a work experience requirement. Example: University of Bradford, University of Birmingham. For further details, please visit https://uk.shiksha.com/

Most of the B-Schools accept a grduation degree which is awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
If the correspondence degree you have falls in any of the above category i.e. if your graduation degree is recognised then it would be acceptable by almost all the B - Schools.
