Dear Student,
Once you have deposited the fees in the college, then though the college reserves the right to forfeit the complete fees.
But as per the rules you can put up an application for refund of fees and the institute may refund it back to you provided the seat that got vacated because of yo is filled and in the same course the institute doesn't have any more vacancies for admissions.
I got it from ITM Gurgaon some years back and so will suggest you that you can try for it too from your concerned college as there is no harm in trying.
Do ask back for further queries.https://shiksha.com is pleased 2 help u.
Best of luck for your future

You are eligible for Bachelors in Engineering in USA and the best part is that you'll get few credits transfer that means you'll be able to complete your Bachelors degree in much lesser duration. IELTS or TOEFL either of these two teats and SAT are required. However, there are few universities that accept students without theses tests as well. Please visit www.kampuslanding.com or visit Kampus Landing offices near you for free information and counseling.

Hi,
As MDU is a UGC Recognised University so, the degree from MDU will be valid according to the Market standards. However, more than the validity of the degree your career progression would depend on how you perform on the program & how you use the knowledge earned at the time of your interviews.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

No, There is no Management institute which will give you admission on the basis of your degree marks, you have to sit for one or the other entrance examination to get into the good B-Schools.

Hi Harshveer,
Although the aggregate is quite less than the required to pursue any Masters, still I wish to inquire first as to for which course you intend to take admission in the St. Xavier's so that we can be able to provide you with relevant information.
