Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational background, but if you want to do your MBA through IGNOU, you need to have a graduation degree along with three years of work experience. Apart from this you need to sit for OPENMAT which is an entrance examination for IGNOU MBA.

Yes, it is very much possible to MBA in UK after your BSc in India. MBA in the UK is a one year program and few universities require couple of years of work experience.
