To be very frank to get a real growth in any sector you should have a degree in that sector so I would suggest you to go for a graduation. Now, choosing a stream in graduation would largely depend on your interests and career aspirations. In your case as you are in the retailing Business best would be to pursue a BBA degree and once you are through with BBA you can plan your MBA after gaining few years of work experience.
You can also opt for BBA in Retail Management. Few of the institutes giving this degree are: Annamalai University, IGNOU, Strayer University, Sikkim Manipal University, & PTU.
As you already have two diplomas in Retail and footwear technology I would not suggest you to go for any other short term or Diploma course. I would like to add here that it is always advisable that you should go for a full time program as it has a better standing in the job market.

In order to apply to this university for the Full Time MBA program, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1) Have a 4 year degree or equivalent scoring atleast 75% and above in the final 2 years of study.
2) Take the GMAT: preferable score 620+
3) Take the IELTS: minimum score required 6.5 band score with 6 in each section.
