Hi Ashish,
To be very frank to get a real growth in any sector you should have a degree in that sector so I would suggest you to go for a graduation. Now, choosing a stream in graduation would largely depend on your interests and career aspirations. In your case as you are in the retailing Business best would be to pursue a BBA degree and once you are through with BBA you can plan your MBA after gaining few years of work experience.
You can also opt for BBA in Retail Management. Few of the institutes giving this degree are: Annamalai University, IGNOU, Strayer University, Sikkim Manipal University, & PTU.
As you already have two diploma

Hi,
Its better if you can try for job as again doing masters and that too in management won't give you any extra advantage also after spending money on MBA again you are going to invest heavy amount as studies in abroad are costly so i suggest you to do any course or search for a job in India only rather then go abroad and again invest amount on that. One more option is if your academics records are good then clear GMAT with good nos along with TOEFL then try for MS or MBA from some Top universities in abroad.
All d best!

AMIE? what u will gain out of it? only public sector gives equal importances to amie and degree holders, remaing never does so. I understand it is very difficult to get admission in rajathan engineering college through entrance quota. Iwouild suggest u to get attacehed wiht some automobile company and have hand on experience than go for AMIE. u will certainly get advantage. for getting admission in engineering college u need to to get good marks in engineering , than few toppers are given admission to degree courses. u should try to get admission in degree courses rather trying to do AMIE. good luck
