Dear Achyuta,
Unfortunately, You are not eligible for the Test as the +2 is important for that with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as the compulsory subjects. However, you can still do the degree with LEET test and will be admitted to the 2nd year directly, but not in any of the IITs, NITs and the central colleges.

if you want to know from these then aston is the best. also check out university of lancaster, they are very good. these univ have been in the following order for the past 5 yrs aston - birmingham - oxford brookes - salford. lancaster adn aston are always in top ten. if you are confused then you must only look for financial times or guardian rankings for british universites. as these are official. other than these look out for TQA(teaching quality assessment) ratings awarded to departments and sometimes courses also. if available follow these.
