If you are a singapore citizen then can go for distance learning program however if you are an Indian student then its not possible to take distance learning course .i would suggest you to kindly contact the concern university or college for details.

You can apply for the Masters in Information Technology in USA.
Since you are seeking scholarships, you have to have exceptional scores in your B tech, in the GRE as well as the TOEFL. Provided you target atleast 78% and above in B tech, 1400+ in the GRE, and 100+ in the TOEFL, i am sure you would be able to grab a scholarship from one good university or another in the US.
REMEMBER, you would be competing with the top students throughout the globe who would have excellent scores in their undergrad, as well as the GRE and the TOEFL. The higher you score, the better will be your chance of getting a scholarship.

no need to spend so much of money and time duration for a clinical research course as what all institutes are charging basic qualification is a professional graduate or post graduate degree plus a minimum duration clinical research program with good study material and minimum fee to get basic knowledge of clinical research that will add an edge with the basic degree As companies are looking for trained proffesional thesedays but no need to got for 1yr or 2 yr courses with so much of fee that is purely wastage of money and time
