1. Shortlist the universities offering course of your interest.
2. Once shortlisted you need to then check the eligibility criteria for scholarships.
3. If you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
Please remember Germany is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree in automobile engineering.You need to have very good academic record to get admission and scholarships in German universities.

Please remember getting a university abroad that offers specialized program in MBA networking is quite difficult.
However for your reference find below some of the universities abroad offering MBA in networking and related course:

Course: MS - Management Information Systems.
