Hi,
To get admission in B.Tech after completing diploma in electrical engineering you need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
To be eligible for lateral entry course, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the Diploma course.
You may directly contact the university officials as lateral entry criteria and admission procedure differs from one college to another.

Dear Pratik,Failure is not the end of career.
Try again and again.apply for exam and study hard.
Meantime you should join some Basic computer Courses, Foreign Languages etc of 4-6 months
Utilize this free time for career development with 10+2 study.
after 10+2 go for BE/B.Tech or if you didn't get the admission or not interested in Engineering , then join BCA or BSc-CS/IT -3 year program.
